MyIntellects has recently launched the official Clark Conex website (www.clarkconex.com) at a press conference held in the Fontana Convention Center. The event showcased the organization's online campaign to promote the upcoming Clark Conex 2011 Convention to take place this October 13 to 15.

Metro Clark played host to the most successful National Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Summit last 2009 and after a year Metro Clark was nationally recognized as a Philippine Center of Excellence in ICTB, while Clark Freeport was awarded as the Top Economic Zone for Cost Competitiveness and ranked 19th over-all among some 200 zones worldwide by a prestigious, UK-based financial publication.

This year Clark Conex is a convergence of information and communications technology Industries.

With the website in place, MCICTC headed by Dr. Franky Villanueva stressed that the aim of the organization is to institutionalize Metro Clark's reputation as the most viable investment and development destination in the global ICT industry. Stakeholders in the information and communications technology (ICT) are eyeing Clark to be the country’s business process outsourcing (BPO) hub having the facilities and the manpower that is at par with centers in Cebu and Manila.

Engineer George D. Sorio, MCICTC chairman, said the infrastructure in Clark free port will support the operation of BPO firms and provide the human resources needed over the 4,400-hectare area which is one of the advantages compared with existing centers.
